Does anyone know a reputable runebook dealer location, yew area has already shafted me of 15000gp of hard earned new player cash with empty runebooks, thanks so much!

One south of moonglow with i believe $$$ tag on the sign has sold me 2 perfectly good books. Its almost directly north of the moongate and there is 2 smalls side by side.

What runebooks are you looking for? I'm sure I can acquire anything you need... at a hefty discount too to try and make up for your misfortune. Won't be home until early evening tomorrow though.
