I have a house in a spot that looks VERY much like that one. Except mine has trees around it.

I dont think its realy approved, just looked the other way on. I do remember reading somewhere that the admins didnt want to see pics of it tho

I gathered that Alex owns it and he isn't selling you to you because of the client hack. Though I suppose he could be bsing.
And a cheat being client side doesn't make it any less of a cheat. There are many many cheats across many games that are client side. A cheat is still a cheat.
Also, EasyUO is client side only. As were those age old counterstrike hacks where people would modify their files to make enemies bright pink. Again, cheating is cheating.
