UO Second Age

Getting this message when I try ro run razor (Error loading CliLoc), I am unable to play at all. Can anyone plz help? After the error message it goes on to say the following....

Run Razor as administrator:
Right click on the razor shortcut -> Properties -> Compatability Tab -> Check: Run as Administrator
