As title say, I have a CBD up for auction.

Opening bid 300k, buyout 3x large brick deed (á 144k = 432k)

Auction ends Sunday eve when I get back from holliday (CET).

Don't wait to bid at last min. since it could end at 3PM (local time) as well as 11PM (local time), all depending on traffic.
