UO Second Age

I was chatting with some fellow tamers and we came upon the idea of a taming council for the tamers out there. Sort of like a jedi council. heh. Not sure what it would do or anything, it just seemed like a fun idea. =) Any thoughts? ideas? input?

Tax all tamers who wish to hunt, 10% of thier earnings. Those caught taming and using tames without paying the tax are eliminated. 8% of the taxes goes to me

How about forming this so called council, having an AGM, and then voting to dissolve the council and deleting your tamers.
