but i feel that you're a horrible person and won't be purchasing it.

I had one guy who indicated he was quite interested and he was ok with my buy-out price, which was deed + 200k
However he said he would let me know for sure by yesterday and he's still MIA, so if some other people who have told me they are interested offer near that price there's a good chance they will be second and line and might be able to buy the tower.

Update: tower now comes with a free dueling pit small included in the price (free as in, at-cost for an additional small deed)
