2. I reserve the right to end the auction early should I feel that a fair offer above the reserve have been received.
3. The auction will end in 4 days. The exact time of the auction end will be announced on the 4th day.

Fortunately for sellers, the potential buyer's opinion is moot.
If people got banned for the opinions of others, this shard/forum would be empty.

Seller fdtreece agreed to sell far right house seperately for more than fair offer of 2xsmall deeds, trade went smoothly, Glenco was unable to assist in contract, however since seller originally had contract with Glenco, i deemed him trust worthy to work with based on selecting a trusted broker.

The far left and middle houses are still available for 2 small deeds each!
