UO Second Age

I've tried stacking three rows of chests five high, and that didn't work. I want to make my keep public for other people to enjoy the decor, but I know a griefer will EV the damn thing and ruin it. Ideas?

I can show you what I did with my public castle which is very similar to a keep.
