This house is located on the other side of the road near the Yew heavy lich spawn. It is close enough to provide a safe haven and serves as an excellent base for farming the liches. You will make the purchase price back in no time hunting here.

This house is still available for a very reasonable price. As the auction didn't seem to attract much attention, it is now available for a straight purchase for 100k.

For what it's worth, one of the smalls in between this house and the spawn, is a supply vendor with silver weapons and basic resources (albeit slightly pricey due to the location/availability).
(Not my vendor, just spreading the word as I purchased the neighboring small myself just recently)

Umm, as stated in the original post this is no longer an auction, but for sale at a set price. Since I'm not in much of a rush to sell this, I don't feel the need to bump this thread up every two hours or so.
