Ends: 72 hours after current highest bid.
House will not come furnished but I may leave a table or two behind.
And just so there are no confusions. Its the house in the circle

I know it starts at a castle deed but been 4 days and i am willing to give my full bank balance of 200k to start, no hard feelings if you decline so no need for griefing if your that kind of player, its a nice spot no denying. If i had more gold i would bid higher but regardless i dont quite have the skill sets yet to really make it too extremely profitable for me to pay off a castle deed, if i had that kind of gold anyways. But always worth a shot.

Smooth trade with Kelektra. I gave Castle Deed first, then she transferred ownership.
She was also very patient and understanding of some time delays at my end. Very nice to deal with, it is easy to see why Kelektra has such an excellent reputation as a broker.

Not sure what you talkin about. I have owned this house for at least 8-9 months and made a TON more then 400k profit.
