UO Second Age

I've been trying to finish GMing meditation. Currently at 97.5. I'm trying to understand in the wiki what its saying with this:

(The 'sweet spot' where you can gain skill seems to be between mana levels from (90 - meditation skill) to (120 - meditation skill).)

Is it saying that my "sweet spot" is from 90-100, cause I don't think anyone's skill level goes north of 100, unless a spell is cast or magic item.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You basically want to cast fs or ebolt at 40 or 20 mana respectively. That is what I did from 95 to gm. Just get yourself to 0 and attempt a med. The macro will give time for you to regenerate a couple points and be exactly where you need to be.
