i am looking for a true black dye tub.
Nooby question: Do they have charges ?

For clothes they don't. If you can get a furniture one, hold on to dear life. It will have 10 charges fresh, and each will be worth about 1mil low. Possibly. Never seen one sold.
PS Some nice people just lock them down where anybody can use them. Actually owning one is really only a convinence and a pride in leet pixels thing.
