1. The strength (physical and magical hitting power) of summoned monsters? Including BS's and EV's?
2. Gives a better chance that a dispel will work against a summoned creature?
3. The amount of a negative stat applied with spells such as clumsy, weaken and curse? Or the positive done by spells such as bless, OR the amount of PA gained by reactive armor?
4. The damage done by the field spells, fire field, energy field, and perhaps make dispel field work better?
5. Make wall of stone or paralyze or incognito last longer, or perhaps make them harder to resist?

As far as I understand it, no on all 5.

It does none of those things. What it does do is affect the amount of damage of a spell and the ammount resisted by target on a successful resist check.
