Wizards Only 1v1 PvP League

I am going to be hosting a PvP League. The league will be point based over a 4 week period with elimination rounds at the end determining the champion.
The point scale and a few other ideas I am borrowing from Blackfoot's prior leagues, however there will be a few major differences.
As the title states, this will be a tank mage only league and won't include dexxers.
The league will start 11/14 (Monday) and will run for 4 weeks until 12/5. Elimination rounds will follow (format will be posted later)
There is no schedule for the matches, contestants will need to get a hold of each other at their own convenience.
I will be updating rankings of the contestants as the season progresses.

Scores for each match will work like this: 3 points for a win, 2 points for a tie, 1 point for a loss and 1 bonus point for a 1-minute win.
The rules are going to be very basic; your typical "red pots only" mage duel.
Allowed: Red pots, gm weapons, reagents, food, pouches, any spells
Not allowed: Poison weapons, all potions besides red, magic weapons/armor/items, mounts, pets, looting, hiding, leaving the arena for any reason.
-Matches can take place at various locations around the world at the convenience of the two participants. They must be either RPV'd or witnessed by a neutral moderator.
-You can enter only one character into the league.
-You can only face each opponent once per week.
-No limit to how many times you can compete each week (unless you have faced each opponent once that week already).
-Each league week will begin on Monday morning (server-up)
-There is no sudden death; come prepared. No leaving the arena or stopping the duel to restock.
-If you lose connection; you lose
-If you have to stop because you must attend to something IRL; you forfeit.
Note:
-5k Entry fee to register a player.
-Any contestant may register at any time during the league.
-There will be a posted list of all contestants and updated info on rankings/score.
Moderation: Having moderators will be helpful and even necessary for some matches. Any individual (including a contestant) can be a moderator as long as both contestants of the match can come to agreement on the said individual.
If a moderator isn't available then the fight MUST be RPV'd and uploaded to http://www.uomovies.com so that the results can be verified.

Contestants can use #uosapvp channel on IRC to organize fights and idle in.
Playoffs
The top 8 contestants in points at the end of week 4 will be invited to a single elimination playoff to determine a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Prizes:
1st place - Clothing Bless Deed
2nd place - 100k
3rd place - 50k
(Also possible trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, pending approval of gm's)
