Don't think they had a choice. It was condemned. Either the owner quit or was banned. Don't know the back story.
I was VERY surprised nobody placed when it fell. Saw it was IDOC last night before I went to bed and this morning the spot was vacant.

I also own the vendor shop next door which has been a fairly successful shop. May consider selling both of these as a package for the right price.
