This sm. house is exactly 2 seconds away from the lost lands, great if you just need to run in and drop some stuff off and run back out, and it's also a great mining location. I've never seen another miner in this area, and there's ore inside the entrance and all along this mountain. I'm entertaining all offers, PM on here or on IRC if you see me.

Thank you Abbot, Very easy transaction. I gave him the two deeds first and then he transferred the house. No broker required.
