Bump. I believe this spot is also wide enough to fit a patio house should you desire to place one.

Complex transfer went very smoothly. Fallon transferred a large brick deed. I transferred house. Fallon moved items from his placed two story to the large brick. He transferred the two story to me. I gave back the large brick deed.
Complicated set of procedures but couldn't have gone more smoothly. Would definitely do business again. Very trustworthy guy.

I'll second that. I gave him brick deed to sort of warrant my trust though he didn't ask for it. Very smooth transaction. Helped me move resources to new locale for me. Thanks again for the trade despite the extra nonsense. We appreciate your patience.
