Minimum bid is a castle deed.
You can bid on just this home OR if you would like to own both homes on the island and own the entire island you can bid on that as well.
Minimum bid for the whole island is 3 castle deeds.
Bidding minimum interval is 1 small deed.
As an American, I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason....
This ends early Monday 11/28

Thank you sir! I will keep the island open for you filthy pirates if it does not sell. Maybe you can gather enough ore from those afk miner scum to secure these properties and rename this PoD island!!

Can I take out a loan for the isle? I offer for collateral... The Bread Man. You see, The Bread Man is worth a considerable sum, and seeing as I plan to default on my loan.. I don't really mind if you take him! So what do you think?

It sold for 2.2mill over a year ago...purchasing both homes is even better and with inflation I believe my price is correct. If not, no biggie I will hold on to it.
