What is the minimum carpentry needed to make boards @ 100%

When crafting boards from logs for weight purposes, what is the minimum carpentry required so I will be 100% successful?

You don't need carpentry at all. I don't know if that's 100% success rate but I've never seen my lumberjack fail making boards with 0 skill.
