Did you at least check to see if they were lvl 1's with a 0 carto chr?
If you didn't know just double click the maps with a chr with 0 carto and if it says it's to difficult to decode in the bottom left corner of your screen then it not a lvl 1.
You may accidentally decode a few along the way but you could just dig those up you don't need any special skills to do a lvl 1.
I only say this because if someone gave you 200k for 100 lvl 1 maps it would be a terrible deal for them.
If you didn't know just double click the maps with a chr with 0 carto and if it says it's to difficult to decode in the bottom left corner of your screen then it not a lvl 1.
