to my knowledge, ranger armor from cub is blessed? And the armor from xmas is newbied?

All CUB items and all XMas ticket rewards are blessed (ie. plant deeds -- but not the plant once used).
No silver turn-in is either blessed or newbie.
Afaik, those are the only original sources for them.
