Maybe you should do some research and have the decency to put an end date/time on it. Even a rough estimate ie: one week, or something of that nature.
Also, the item is not worth 350k at the TOP end. Look at historical sales, you'll see them peaking out around 200k or so.
Sure, if someone's in that dire need of it, they MIGHT push upwards of 300k, but a STARTING point of 350 is just ludicrous.

Obviously, it's your 'auction' so do whatever you like. I'm just trying to give you some helpful advice.
If you really just pulled it from the ground, then you know it's valuable but only as much as someone would pay at the time.

Why not be a decent seller and say "Auctioning this item. Auction ends in one week from this posting to the highest bidder. Reserve set at 200k".

Might get you a better turn out. If you set the mark insanely high (350) you are almost certain to NOT get a bidding war and almost as certain to not sell it for your minimum asking price.

The level of the map doesn't determine the quality of the attributes on items, it only gives you more items in the chest increasing your chance of getting an item worth keeping. I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled this out of a level 1 map.
