Timepiece is based on the tenure of the player receiving it.

Oh, wait a second....Anniversary bags are for player anniversaries? Not shard?
Or the timepiece is generated based on player age, regardless of the year of shard anniversary?

Prolonging this another 46 hours, i dint get this myself last year. I just got lucky finding a thief named Slut stealing them from people who logged in on the anniversary day. A call for guards and he got furious with me for doing it.
Reserve the right to end it sooner.
