UO Second Age

RELISTED FOR SALE @ 3.5M FLAT. Has been unused for 6 months and would rather just sell it than forget to refresh one day.

Castle is close enough to track Yew lich spawn (directly north) and you pretty regularly have nubs/pks running past to teleport out and kill. Extremely rare to have anything spawn in the Courtyard, the only thing that will ever spawn in there is a lizardman and if you kill it you won't see it again for weeks. Courtyard runes do exist, though I've owned it for about 10 months and only 2 occasions did I see anyone in the courtyard. I think it takes around 60-90 secs (?) on horseback to run to either Yew or WBB bank. Haven't timed it but it doesn't take long.

No idea who owns the houses in the clearing. Last I knew, Jennifer owned the large brick to the west (which I'm pretty sure fits a tower), she refreshes it but never uses it. The smalls out front are owned by complete nubs.

Noone will ever touch felix's accounts much the same way noone will ever touch mine if I quit. I dream of the day r- and I are reunited for some sweet runs from CotD to Delucia bulls. That said, I have no current plans to completely quit playing. I just don't want to risk letting this decay with my current level of play.

I'll hold it for you if you want. We can make a forum post saying I agree to give it back whenever you or felix wants it

I dream of the day i'm chilling on the beach of my own sea-side villa with pretty young lady next to me...and I don't even own a computer. That would be the day.

I have runes to nearly every tile in this courtyard, and a number of tiles underneath the castle should it be moved. Like, 7 books worth of unique tiles. Occasionally I spawn within the courtyard.

Actually, I should add that nearly every member of cA has a rune to this courtyard, and I also left about a hundred of them on the ground at west Britain bank on one of my final days of playing. In between throwing up gates to the courtyard at regular intervals. I dare say there are more runes to this courtyard in existence than any other courtyard on the shard.

The short of it is, Felix and I were both trying to buy up the individual homes in this area, and when I saw he was making better progress than me, I spent an hour marking runes in every potential courtyard tile that wasn't blocked by a small house at that time. Then I quit for like 9 months, and came back and saw he succeeded in placing the castle. I was the only one who had a rune, I assume, and then at one point about 14 seconds after the shard went up, I logged in and gated in there from the inner room of WBB to see what kind of loot and security was present, and somehow Bigoud happened to be close enough to run in before the 30 seconds were up, so he made a rune and completely salted my game.
