List of Good/Updated vendors?

I can't help but notice on my travels through the wilds to the many different player vendors, that the majority are empty or just have empty bags. I can find the occasional good vendor, but are there any active lists or areas that have decent vendors whos wares I can shuffle through?

Located west of Vesper, New Windmere's vendors will always be stocked.

Kryptonical & Co always going strong. And you can usually bank from within

The picture is a bit old, some of the vendors may have changed slightly. But they're always stocked.
