Walked past a house with 4 balrons in the house and was wondering how that was possible.

Some level 5 tmaps in an area around your house, could be rather far from your house if your patient i suppose. Then you walk home, ballys on your tail. Same idea for getting them inside in your trap, you just have a hidden character lock a table down behind them.
