Noobed robes, cloaks and aprons

My Fair Lady's Clothing Company looking to buy some noobed robes, not in 13** 14** 16** or 17** hue range, noobed aprons, non brown (443) hued ones and noobed cloaks, not 2305 that's currently spawning.
Get back to me what hue u got and I'll let u know what I pay for it.
A noob test is mandatory prior to purchase.

he wants cool colored robes that evidently you can not dye with a regular dye tub and that are not in the hue # range he listed above.

YES I want noobed robes NOT in red, blue, green NOR dye tub colors.
YES I want noobed aprons NOT browns, nor dye tub colors
Donno how to straighten this out further more.

I know it's pretty straight forward, but is this something that still "Spawns"?
Can these robes be obtained through current Char Creation? I just created 10 characters with Alchy, Mage, Tinker and they were all red/blue robes and orange/brown aprons.

No this can not be created atm.

The newbie aprons in special hues do exist. I recently purchased a shadow iron ore hue apron (2306) from Drakghar, and it is in fact newbie. Not sure on the robes.
Edit: Apparently the aprons aren't very widely known.

It is almost shadow iron hue, as I said my friend.
Shadow iron hue is 2406 I believe, but if u compare the apron to shadow iron they will look pretty damn similar
