Small for Sale in Windemere Woods [sold]

I would like to sell this small in Windemere Woods and want to see if there is any interest at all. I'm not looking to get a lot out of it. It is located on the large peninsula at the east end of Windemere Woods and is the only house within a couple of screens, thus offering a lot of privacy. There is virtually no foot traffic here and the spawn is pretty light. The water is just steps away so this makes a great spot for a fisherman. Make me an offer!
