Tower for sale, located beneath Jorgen's Factory (castle) along the east coast of turtle bay. Could possibly fish from the right wing, but haven't tested/confirmed that yet. Not looking to run an auction on this, I'll take the first bid of tower deed + 2 smalls.

First tower deed + 2 smalls takes it.

just deeded this property, first one there with a deed in hand will get a tower plot @ deed cost
