What do I do with this ticket from Santa?

It says I'm supposed to target another players ticket, I think. Do I just ask people in game?
Yes, ask players if they have a ticket, if another player has a ticket and wants to redeem it, they can put it in the trade window and you can double click yours from your pack and target theirs from the trade window. Both players will receive a prompt asking which gift they want to receive, there are 4 gifts in total:
Christmas Tree Deed - Use to create an xmas tree in your house, worth about 5-10k.
Pile of Snow - Gives your player a newbied pile of snow, which you can double click to throw snowballs at other players (The other players must have a pile of snow as well), worth about 50-100k (It's pretty cool)
Holiday Bell -Gives your player a newbied holiday bell which makes eerie sounds when double clicked, worth about 100-200k for most colors, about 400k for pure white
Statue - Gives a gold eagle statue which can be redeemed for 10 silver, worth about 100k.
The ticket and gifts are all newbied, so you don't have to worry about thieves (Except for xmas tree deed), however if you redeem the statue for silver it can be stolen/looted.
