Selling Tower on grass, next to water!!

Selling this tower on grass located SE of Skara Brae. Bids start at Deed + small, Buyout for the tower is set at Deed + 3 smalls. I also own the small house in front of the tower and if you want it as well I will sell it to you at cost of 1 small deed. Auction ends 48 hours after last bid. This area has very minimal monster spawn. Thanks for looking!

i got a pm back from him. apperantly he sold a while back and never posted. i've been pm'ing about this for a couple weeks. finaly answered last night that it's been sold
