Buccs Den teleporter small!!!

Alright boys and girls today we got a small house outside the Buccs den teleporter and directly behind a huge rune lib!
Perfect if your one of those people who
A. needs to have some place secure near a bank
B. If you need a place to run from Pkays! (Or your a pk on the run from the bank
)
C. you farm the npcs for there sandies
But hey thats just the town advantages theres a freaking rune lib a few steps infront of you!
