(SOLD)Selling Tower on Grass Right on water.

This tower has been nothing but perfect. Ive lived in it for 3 months and the only time ive seen anyone is when the reindeer were out and about. The neighor to the north owns like 15 of the houses but is inactive. Very low spawn. I think ive seen like 2 ratmen the enitre time ive lived in it.
All and All a very good spot.
Starting bid is Deed plus small. Buyout is Deed plus 2 smalls.
