unable to see npcs or pcs..

anyone know why this would be happening? i can hear everything and move around but i can't see any other characters.. pcs or npcs including myself. i'm using windows xp pro 32 and just installed the razor and uo client. patched using the one provided in the package. everything is up to date including my video card drivers.

I had a report of this earler from an online player and he was found to be running Cleint version 4.0.4, which may have been the problem.
What does your client version say on the login screen?

Try downloading UOML client.
ftp://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/uo/setup-1.46.0.3.exe
or update it a bit more.
