Selling my first ever large house that I'm tired of refreshing. The only neighbors I have ever seen are the occasional WL (I believe Telamon used to or still owns most of the property on this island). I haven't seen anyone come by in months besides the occasional tmapper. Wandering healers spawn on the island and there are several treasure map spots on Horseshoe. The only spawn are mongbats and headless! This is a gem of a home, so don't miss your chance on it.
Auction will end on Monday night at 11:59pm barring general disinterest.
Starting bid: L-shape deed + small
Buyout: I will set this on Sunday night if there is bidding interest.
(If there is no interest in a few days, I reserve the right to keep this awesome house. Private bids are accepted. If I feel it is necessary I will use a broker.)
