Selling Tower - Yew Gate Area

few screens from Yew gate, very nice area, beautiful scenery with huge yew tree in front yard, peaceful relatively no spawn, occasional players but not crowded, and not crowded housing wise either.
Decent housing choice for many reasons,
start bid at deed + small and so on
