Atraxi's Great Real Estate is here selling a quaint little house along the road to Minoc. It's about one screen SW from the Minoc Moongate.

The spawn in this area is moderate. Nothing most people can't handle easily. The C^V Guild town of New Windmere is about 2 screens to the East, allowing you easy access to the guild's vendors. If you can't find what you need there, Vesper is just a little farther. If you prefer Minoc, it's only a few screens to the north.

This house is great for new players, therefore, I'm starting it out at a price that's easy to afford.

Price: 2x Small Deed

This one is going to go a little differently than my other houses. This isn't an auction. The price of the house is listed above. If you're interested, buy it. If not, I'll keep refreshing it.
