Avatar Island Mining Small With Private Cave (Only 1 Left!)

Pretty self explanatory. Both will start at Deed + 5k each. Buyout for each will be 3 Small house deeds. Will consider selling both as a package. Regular Avatar Island spawn. Semi-active neighbors but keep to themselves and are peaceful.
Shack 'A' - Starting at deed + 5k

Thanks Smitty. Current high bid is Deed + 5K for each of the houses. I will let this run for a few days. Will probably close this on Saturday by 2pm EST unless I can't reach the buyer in which case the auction might go on until Monday. I am best reached via PM. Thanks for looking and/or bidding.

Shack 'B' was sold to Tony. This deal could not be any smoother, he paid first then I transferred. Also, he turned out to be a great guy! Very friendly and polite. Cheers Tony.
Shack 'A' is still available, now with the bonus of having an awesome neighbor
