I am a bit hesitant to sell these, as this is one of my favorite spots in the game...but if the price is right I will let it go.

Your own little nook! Two story and small at a dead end. Water in the front, and mountain behind.

Keep your boat one step from your front door. You can mine in your back yard, or take your boat around the other side and mine from your boat! Cove is a few second boat ride to the east. Britain is a short run to the west.

Extremely low spawn. Once in a while you will see an ettin or spider roaming around, or some animals.

Selling as a pair only. If there is not enough interest then I plan on keeping it.
