How much are they going for a pure and do you need skills to ride them or can you ride with 0/0 (just can't control)?

yes u can ride
no u cannot control with 0 taming / lore
friend it and your problem is solved

Wow, that explains the posers, i admire the era accuracy, but its a big poo throw in the face when you worked hard at taming =/.
