Great spot for training various fighting and tamer skills. Loads of low level animal and mongbat/headless spawn. Quiet and very safe - right next to guardzone and Trinsic just across the bridge.

First offer of two small deeds takes it.

I'll transfer the house after receiving payment, unless the buyer wants to arrange a broker that I agree with at their own cost. I do have (searchable) previous record of good house deals.
