Selling the following 400 furniture items, 20 chests and three add-on deeds as one job lot -

278 Benches
18 Yew Tables
23 Tables
32 Small Tables
4 Straw Chairs
3 Vesper Chairs
11 Wooden Chairs
1 Trinsic Chair
2 Footstools
1 Writing Desk
11 Stools
5 Armoires
8 Bookshelves
4 Red Armoires
20 Shipwreck Chests
1 East Anvil deed
1 Small Forge deed
1 East Spinning Wheel deed

They are all bagged up in an otherwise empty small that only I have access to, located within the Britain guardzone. After payment I will friend the purchaser to the house and let you remove the items at your leisure (within a week).

Offer me 20k and it's all yours - That's only 47gp per item. You wont find cheaper

Apologies but I will not split the lot, it's all or none.
