I'll take any of the properties that are not occlo
I can't afford a house deed in cash yet, but I can give 30k gold plus some ingots, boards, and feathers.
I also have a small stash of magic weapons and armor that I can throw in.

Sorry I dropped end up bidding on another Occlo house once Athraxi bid over me... I really have no need for Occlo house. Did not pay attention to this thread after that til now.... Sorry.

Sold Ocllo to Ash just now - very professional.
I gave the home first then he paid deed + 20k. I have a good history with Ash and will continue to trade in full confidence with him!
