I would say 1 year, = 10k, and 5k after that for each year. 2 year, 15, 3 year 20, 4th year 25k. If you have a 3rd year Ill bid 20k

30k on 3 yr and 40k on 4 yr

Two small deeds for one of each year 1 to 4.

I'll take 3x 2-year time pieces for a small deed.

i have 6-1 years, 4-2 years, and 3-3 years. i had 4 year bags, but only 3 year time pieces in them. best bid that i liked so far was the 1 of each for 2 smalls. all other id rather let them rot in my keep as i dont need cash that bad.
