The accursed list for Noobs,

Please add to this list an item or idea that helped you along the way, then pass the list along to a new noob. Can't find a new noob? Bring someone to UOSA you dolt! Gadz you really are new aren't you?

1) Top left of your screen there is an arrow click it to open a bar, >>>Map (click that one) opens a small round map helps you see things while your lost. Paper doll (click that one) that's you Tada! see the pack next to you? click it to open it. Almost everything that you started with is/are blessed. That means that when you die (and you will, many many times) most of what you see & have on will be in your pack after your dead. Everything that you add to your pack, food, gold, etc can be lost and/or stolen.

2) Have you eaten? no? You need to. Go fight a bird (small one like a finch) when it is dead, ck on the dagger in your pack then put the little hand over the dead bird & click on it. Now dbl ck the dead bird a coffin opens & you find feathers & a chicken, put both in your pack, repeat, repeat, repeat now run to the bank & say "bank" put the feathers in the bank, find some fire (the forge) and dbl ck your chickens then the fire (you will burn a lot at first) dbl ck any you do get cooked (that will let you eat the cooked bird)

3) Provisioner, The sign outside has a torch on it. search the crates, you can find things to take & sell or use or eat. Some gold even. Put the gold in the bank (remember it can be stolen!!! Noob). Now the provisioner himself say to his (type) "vendor buy" hit enter. a window should open, if it is full of footwear that's the wrong guy, close that window & stand by the other guy in the room, say vendor buy again, there you have found all the things this vendor sells. If he sells it mostly he will buy it. So these are some of the things you can save up for and/or look for to pick up and sell. When you do find a bag or arrows or some other thing you wish to sell, take it to the same vendor and say "vendor sell" (you can only sell him 5 items at a time. Yep even things like feathers only 5 at a time.

4) If you are a new noob to UOSA starting is HARD & slow, you die a lot, your in a big sandbox there's a TON to do so there's a ton to learn. Bank a lot! carry only what you NEED for say 1.5 hours. If you are new in the woods and alive after 75 min. it's time to bank! What you do makes you better at what you are doing. OMG think on it if you punch birds you get better at fighting, if you hit them with a hammer you get better at blunt weapons, Fish, get better at fishing, ain't it cool
