Greetings,
The following L Shape is for sell.
Start price: LShape deed + 10k
Buy out: LShape deed + Small
A few great features:
1) Mob spawn is very light. Maybe a troll or an ettin once in a while.
2) You have a rez point very close by.
3) Its a good spot for mining.
4) For those just starting there is a dungeon very close as well.
5) I haven't ran into my neighbors yet.
6) Haven't run into any reds.
Note: At this time I can only take full payments.
