This auction is done son, most people think its to much (81% yes to high 19 no), however i feel the right house needs the right buyer, who may yet still be out there. For now I will will hold onto it.

I do own 8 of the surrounding smalls on this peninsula, but they are separate sale from the keep. They can be acquired though, however the terms on those would need to be discussed, and the person who so wishes to buy keep would have first crack at them.
In the end if this does not sell, it wont hurt my feelings

I think you could get that much for it,
It's a pretty awesome spot and what's another million to some players here who prefer keeps, especially ones out of the way and near water.
