No. He wants 1.75 million for the castle spot that the bricks and the smalls occupy. You get the bricks and smalls as part of the deal. You place a castle there and then sell the deeds for the bricks and smalls back (or keep them whatever). At the end of the day you still end up with a castle on the grass for less than 2 million gold.*

That is a pretty good deal for a castle on the grass considering the one nearest there is selling for 3 million.

* Correction: Total cost of having a castle in this spot is 2,308,600

It seems as if the houses are included in the price so the opening bid is 1.25mil gp (roughly) above the cost of the deeds. The new owner of the houses is then responsible to place the castle there on his/her own.

this also isn't technically an auction as i am in need of money, i will at any time accept an exceptional offer. seeing how much these go for, i imagine it won't be too long before someone makes me an offer i cannot refuse.

hopefully this will be tonight and i can have more than 1k in my bank.
