Bid starts at deed + 20k. Buyout offers will be considered. Auction ends Friday at 6 PM EST, any bid within an hour of the closing time will extend the auction by one additional hour. Bid increments should be of at least 10k please.



I am selling a large brick in Rat Valley. A tower should fit, and you are welcome to come and count out the footprint as I did. The area around the brick is clear if you move it back a few tiles and the small house to the front right will be re-deeded or you can purchase it with the large brick for deed.

This location is perfect for anyone that wants a safe training spot for new players. Almost no one pks in rat valley any more, and with this house all the new guys you are helping out will have a safe place to drop loot, reequip if they die, and even escape to if a pk comes.

The spawn is of course very very heavy with ratmen. I lured most of the spawn out last night and was being followed by roughly 20 ratmen.

Still for sale, I will gladly take bids with the stipulation that a tower will fit.

Now all we need is a RP guild to Rp ratmen... make the ratmen allied and then you got your own back yard army.

No that small would have to go. The wing would over hang. I had to place a small in about that same spot to hold my tower spot with a brick.

Could place a patio and make gold shooting these buggers.

That's a pretty good idea. Only make +/- 50 gp per, but there are a lot of them, and the occasional Ettin or Ogre. Would be a good place to GM archery with a patio.

Wow that's a lot of Ratmen. 1-2 Blade spirits would clean that up nicely. But good idea on the patio/archery.

Archery training center. You could charge people to use it. I like this idea even though it probably won't happen.

Of course if you were to do this you might just have to buy a "special permit" from cA. Should'nt be too expensive, say tower deed per month?

Yes, it will fit even with the small Boondock placed. It just has to be moved back a few tiles. If it does not fit then all bids are considered void unless the buyer still wants it.
