I was wondering the same thing. They seem to be quite a bit more rare than the Tree deeds.

these spawn on 'reindeers' duno if a spelled that right, pretty ahrd to find, get a random chance a deed drops
not sure how many are out there

It is a deed that places a holiday wreath on your wall.
An example of one is near Skara Brae bank.

i would say 5 MAX spawned when those reindeers where spawning for that day and a half. i found 14-15 xmas tree deeds but only found 1 wreath deed.
i was selling trees for 30-60k. it would depend on the person, but i'd keep it unless somebody offered me 100k+ for it

there is a lot of these out there... well maybe not a lot in general but more than this thread makes it sound like.
I pulled 5 xmas trees and 3 wreaths, I actually bought 1 wreath for 18k and sold one for 25k.
I think 20-25 sounds just about right.
